– Black garlic tea: Drink daily after meals. Take 2 – 4 cloves of peeled black garlic and put them into about 200 ml of boiling water in a thermos or insulated bottle. After 15 – 30 minutes, it can be consumed. The tea can be steeped multiple times throughout the day.
– Alcohol infusion: Take 100 g – 200 g of peeled black garlic cloves + 1000 ml of white wine. After 7 days, it can be consumed, with a daily dosage of 25 – 50 ml.
