⏩INGREDIENTS:

– Extraction of garlic essential oil during the fermentation process of lonesome purple-black garlic.

⏩DIRECTIONS:

– Must be diluted with water, milk, porridge, or liquid food before consumption.

– Dilute with water before drinking:

• • Children aged 1-5: Take after meals. Use 2 times a day, with 1-2 drops of Kochi black garlic oil diluted in about 50ml of warm water or liquid food. Stir well and consume immediately after dilution.
  • Children aged 6-11: Take after meals. Use 2 times a day, with 2-4 drops of Kochi black garlic oil diluted in about 50ml of warm water or liquid food. Stir well and consume immediately after dilution.
  • Adults and children aged 12 and above: Take after meals. Use 2 times a day, with 4-8 drops of Kochi black garlic oil diluted in about 50ml of warm water or liquid food. Stir well and consume immediately after dilution.

– For inhalation:

• • Use for nasal inflammation, sore throat, runny nose, requires an inhaler.
  • Dilute 2 drops of black garlic oil in 10ml of saline solution, pour into the inhaler, and perform inhalation as usual. Use 2 times a day.

– For use as a seasoning: Add 2 drops of black garlic oil to dipping sauce or pho bowl to achieve a fragrant and spicy taste similar to fresh garlic.
