KOCHI VIETNAM has delivery policies as following:
1. Expected delivery time

| Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang | 2 – 3 days |
| Northern provinces/cities | 3 – 5 days |
| Provinces / cities in Central and Central Highlands | 3 – 7 days |
| Southern provinces/cities | 3 – 7 days |
Please note that:
Expected delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
The above time is the estimated time excluding the time to execute orders at KOCHI VIETNAM warehouse. The official delivery time may be a few days earlier or later depending on some other conditions (Ex: natural disasters, floods, vehicle failures …).
KOCHI VIETNAM’s delivery department will contact you 10 – 15 minutes before delivery.
In case of unsuccessful delivery efforts, KOCHI VIETNAM will send a notice to you via email or phone and make an appointment for the next delivery time.
2. Delivery charges:
Completely FREE delivery across the country for orders from 300,000 VND or more.
Orders <300,000 VND are charged for shipping as follows:
– Hanoi, HCM city: 30,000 VND/ order.
– The remaining areas: 50,000 VND/ order.
The above policy is applied from 12/4/2019 until a new policy is available.
