The Story of Nano Curcumin Product

With the success of Black Garlic and Polygonum Multiflorum products, the team at Japan Import-Export and Technology Development LLC not only continues to develop the existing OCOP (One Commune One Product) products but also relentlessly researches and develops new products based on the available local agricultural resources.

Recognizing the immense potential of turmeric, the company has dedicated its resources and manpower to develop products that harness the potential of this agricultural commodity. In traditional medicine, turmeric is revered as a medicinal herb with numerous benefits such as treating stomach pain, promoting wound healing, reducing scars, and more. The primary active compound responsible for the therapeutic properties of turmeric is Curcumin. Extensive scientific research, both experimental and clinical, has demonstrated the valuable biological effects of Curcumin, including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anticancer, and antibacterial properties.

Furthermore, Vietnam is a country where turmeric is commonly used as a daily spice, with almost every household having turmeric plants in their gardens. The climate and soil conditions in Vietnam are highly suitable for the growth and development of turmeric plants, resulting in the establishment of numerous cultivation areas for this crop.

With all the outstanding advantages in terms of ingredients and health benefits, the research team of the company recognizes the need to harness the potential of turmeric early on in order to maximize the utilization of local resources and the valuable health benefits that turmeric brings.

Although curcumin from turmeric offers many health benefits, it is difficult to dissolve in water, poorly absorbed, and has low bioavailability. The challenge is how to optimize the bioavailability of curcumin. After a dedicated research effort, with the participation of scientists from leading research institutions in Vietnam (Dr. Dao Van Don from the Military Medical Academy, Dr. Pham Tuan Anh from Hanoi University of Pharmacy, Dr. Tran Minh Ngoc from the Institute of Medicinal Materials), the company has researched Nano technology and successfully produced 10% Nano curcumin from turmeric, with standardization of input materials, production processes, and final products.

The production material is fresh red turmeric cultivated under special conditions with controlled temperature and humidity, and an automated irrigation system according to a program. After the collected raw materials are assessed for curcuminoid content, they undergo preliminary processing, cleaning, and cutting into pieces according to the standard input material requirements.

Afterward, the turmeric pieces are processed using extraction, refining, and grinding machinery to obtain pure curcumin powder before entering the crucial step of preparing Nano curcumin using specialized equipment. The Nano curcumin powder product is further dried, sterilized, packaged, and circulated in the market.

Nano curcumin 10% Kochi is an odorless, tasteless powdered form that is suitable for various individuals. With its complete solubility and targeted action, Nano curcumin overcomes the limitations of regular curcumin, increasing its bioavailability by up to 30 times. This optimization enhances the health benefits of Nano curcumin.

Nano curcumin Kochi ensures full certification from the US FDA, MFDS, and ISO 22000:2018. We take pride in the positive reception of Nano curcumin by consumers, as it has made significant appearances in numerous national fairs and exhibitions, leaving a lasting impression on consumers, partners, and local media.
