KOCHI VIETNAM has delivery policies as following:
1. Expected delivery time

| Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang | 2 – 3 days |
| Northern provinces/cities | 3 – 5 days |
| Provinces / cities in Central and Central Highlands | 3 – 7 days |
| Southern provinces/cities | 3 – 7 days |
Please note that:
Expected delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
The above time is the estimated time excluding the time to execute orders at KOCHI VIETNAM warehouse. The official delivery time may be a few days earlier or later depending on some other conditions (Ex: natural disasters, floods, vehicle failures …).
KOCHI VIETNAM’s delivery department will contact you 10 – 15 minutes before delivery.
In case of unsuccessful delivery efforts, KOCHI VIETNAM will send a notice to you via email or phone and make an appointment for the next delivery time.
2. Delivery charges:
We have free nationwide delivery for orders of 1,000,000 VND and above. For orders below 1,000,000 VND, there is a delivery fee of 30,000 VND per order, applicable nationwide.
This policy has been in effect since 05/09/2022 until further notice or the implementation of a new policy.
